Parlor isn't for everyone.

It's a custom platform, not a sign-up-and-go app. Every club gets set up around how it runs, so the setup prices above are where yours starts. If your club needs features built for it, I'll quote them before any work starts, and the build price goes up with what you need.

What the setup fee covers

About a month of work on my side to get your club running. Here's all of it.

A private members club in Greenville has already loaded a couple hundred members this way, months before it opens.

  1. 01A 60-minute review of your tiers, locker pricing, guest rules and renewal dates.
  2. 02Your member list and lockers brought in from a spreadsheet, a POS export or a notebook, with every member matched to a tier and a locker.
  3. 03Your club's name, logo, colors and your own words on the member portal and staff screens.
  4. 04Dues moved over: each member gets a personal link, puts a card or bank account on file, and keeps their current renewal date.
  5. 05Your register connected where it's supported (Toast is in pilot now). Otherwise staff put the member number on the check.
  6. 06Staff training on site if you're within 4 hours of Greenville, or by live video.
  7. 07Everything you need to tell your members: the announcement email and text, a table tent with a QR code, and what staff say at the door.
  8. 08A check-in 30 days after you go live: renewals collected, members signed in, anything to fix.

Questions about pricing

Do you take a percentage of our dues?

No. Parlor is a flat monthly price set by member count. Stripe charges its normal processing fee on each dues payment, like any card processor, and Parlor adds nothing on top.

What does the setup fee cover?

Everything it takes to get your club running: your members and lockers brought in, your club's look on the portal, dues moved over, your register connected where that's supported, your staff trained, and a check-in 30 days after you go live. Features built just for your club are quoted separately, before any work starts.

What if you miss the go-live date?

We set the date together on day one. If I miss it on my side, your first three months are free.

What happens when we grow?

You move up to the next plan when you pass its member limit. There's nothing else to track.

Can we pay yearly instead of monthly?

Yes. Pay for 10 months up front and get 12: $1,490 a year for up to 150 members, $2,990 a year for up to 500.

Let's look at your room.

Tell me a little about your lounge and I'll get back to you. If it looks like a fit, I'll walk you through Parlor set up the way yours runs. You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team.

Takes a minute. You'll hear back from me within a day.

Spam check runs quietly in the background. Nothing for you to click.
