What the demo form collects
Your name, email, the name of your lounge or club, and, if you give them, your city, member count, register, phone number and a note. That's everything.
What happens to it
When you send the form, your answers are emailed to me through Resend, an email delivery service. I use them to reply to you about a demo, and for nothing else. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't fingerprint your browser and doesn't collect anything that identifies you. There are no advertising trackers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs, like IP addresses, to keep it running and protected.
Booking a call
If you pick a time on my calendar, that booking happens on Cal.com, a scheduling service, and their privacy policy covers what you enter there.
Getting it deleted
Email keegan@sullivancreative.co and ask me to delete what you sent. I'll delete it and let you know when it's done.
The Parlor software
This page covers the website. Member data that lounges and clubs keep in Parlor belongs to them, and how it's handled is covered in each customer's agreement.
