Membership software for small private clubs

Most club software was built for golf courses or for associations that mail a newsletter. Parlor is for the small club where people come for the room, and somebody has to keep track of who's allowed in it.

Other options, and where they pinch

Most small clubs start on a spreadsheet, move to association software, and find it was built for a different kind of club.

Questions clubs ask

Built alongside a private members club opening in Greenville, SC in October 2026.

Is Parlor for golf or country clubs?

No. Those need tee sheets, class schedules and mailers, and Parlor doesn't do any of that. It's for clubs where people come for the room: social clubs, whiskey and bourbon clubs, speakeasy-style membership bars and members-only lounges.

How big a club is it built for?

Roughly 50 to 500 members. Small enough that the manager knows most members by name, big enough that a spreadsheet and a group text have stopped working.

Can we keep our nomination process?

Yes. Your club decides who gets in, the way it always has. Parlor keeps the nomination on file, then handles the invitation, the member agreement, dues and the member's profile once the club approves.

What does it cost?

Flat monthly pricing based on member count, plus a one-time setup. No percentage of your dues. I'll give you the exact number on a demo once I know how many members you have.

We're not open yet. Is it too early?

It's the best time. The Greenville club Parlor was built with is setting up its founding members now, ahead of its October opening.

Let's look at your club.

Tell me a little about your club and I'll walk you through Parlor on a call, set up the way yours runs. It's a call with me, the guy who built it. There's no sales team to get passed to.

Takes a minute. I read every one of these and reply within a day.
