What the price really is
The sticker price is only part of it. Fees on your dues are where the bills differ.
- Wild Apricot
Priced by contacts, not members: $66 a month for 100 contacts, $154 for 500, $265 for 2,000. Its help center says US accounts using Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.Net pay a Payment System Servicing Fee of 20% of the subscription, even with no payments that month. Its own processor, Personify Payments, lists 2.99% plus $0.30 per card payment and 1.1% plus $0.30 per bank payment.
- Join It
$29, $99 or $199 a month for up to 250 members, rising with member count. Each plan adds a service fee on online transactions, 3%, 2% or 1.5%, and Stripe's processing fee is charged separately. No setup cost and no long-term contract.
- Parlor
A flat monthly price by member count, plus a one-time setup. No percentage of your dues. Stripe's normal processing fee applies to dues payments and nothing is added on top. I'll give you the exact number on a demo.
Which one fits
Pick Wild Apricot if
You run an association, a nonprofit or a club that's mostly events, a newsletter and a members-only website. It's a mature product with a big feature list and a 60-day free trial.
Pick Join It if
You want the lowest monthly subscription, you don't need a room-side tool, and a percentage on online payments is fine for your volume.
Pick Parlor if
Your club is a room: members come in, bring guests, keep something in a locker and get admitted by nomination. It's built with a private members club opening in Greenville, SC in October 2026. It's newer and smaller, and you'll be working with the person who built it. More on how admissions work.

How much does Wild Apricot cost?
Wild Apricot prices by contact count. Its pricing page lists $66 a month for 100 contacts, $154 for 500 and $265 for 2,000, with 10% off for prepaying a year. US accounts that take payments through Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.Net also pay a Payment System Servicing Fee of 20% of the subscription, per Wild Apricot's help center.
Does Wild Apricot handle lockers or guest passes?
Not that its site lists. Wild Apricot covers member levels, recurring dues, applications, events and a member portal. Guests show up for event registration, and we didn't find locker management or visit-by-visit guest passes on its site.
Is Join It cheaper than Wild Apricot?
The subscription starts lower: $29, $99 or $199 a month for up to 250 members. Join It also takes a service fee of 3%, 2% or 1.5% on online transactions depending on the plan, on top of Stripe's processing fee. On annual dues, that percentage adds up.
When is Wild Apricot the better choice?
