Terms

The short version: this site explains what Parlor does. Reading it or asking for a demo doesn't sign you up for anything, and the software itself runs under a separate agreement with each lounge or club.

What these terms cover

These terms cover useparlor.com, the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Parlor software is a separate agreement

Lounges and clubs that use Parlor do so under their own customer agreement. That agreement, not this page, covers the software, what it costs, and the member data kept in it.

Asking for a demo

Sending the contact form is a request to talk. It doesn't create an order, a contract or any obligation on either side. What happens to what you send is covered on the Privacy page.

Sample screens

The screens shown on this site are samples, and the members in them are made up. They show parts of Parlor that are built today, but your setup may look different.

Guides and research

The guides on this site, including the lounge pricing guide and the software comparisons, are general information put together from public sources, which are linked where they're used. Prices and features change, so check with the lounge or vendor before relying on a number. None of it is legal, tax or financial advice.

Other sites

This site links to other sites and services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Using the site fairly

Please don't try to break the site, get around its protections, or use the demo form to send spam. The words, design and marks on this site belong to Parlor, so please don't copy them as your own.

No promises beyond what's written

The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will show the new date at the top.
